- 1 slice of whole grain bread (my faves are Ezekiel 4:9® Sesame Sprouted Whole Grain Bread and Dave’s Killer Bread® Thin Sliced 21 Whole Grains and Seeds Organic Bread – both packed with protein and fiber)
- 1/2 tsp. of one of your choice: butter, margarine, seed butter or nut butter spread thinly
- Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 banana sliced thin
- Option to add other season fruit like strawberries or blueberries
Toast bread to desired crunch; while toast is still warm spread butter or margarine; sprinkle ground cinnamon; place sliced bananas on toast; enjoy!
