For over 75 years, we’ve done exactly that, helping countless campers make connections—to each other, to nature, and to their Jewish identities—that last a lifetime. There’s no more beautiful sight than smiling, young Jewish faces. Spend a day in the familial atmosphere of Ramah Day Camp, and you’ll be surrounded by them. That’s because fun is at the forefront of everything we do, whether we’re playing pillow polo baseball, hiking in our “secret” prairie or learning a new Israeli dance. Of course, it’s not merely fun for fun’s sake. All that fun is a vehicle for our campers to learn, grow, make friends and absorb the Jewish values that are so fundamental to who we are.
