Positive peer pressure happens daily at our single gender camps! Who better to encourage your child to ski or blacksmith than a fearless friend or a favorite counselor? At Thunderbird, we promote camaraderie and collaboration so campers are encouraged to try something new while having a support team in place.
Campers never outgrow Thunderbird, as each summer brings new opportunities. Whether choosing daily activities, participating in our out of camp experiences or embarking on one of our teen wilderness expeditions, our dynamic program captivates 8-16 year olds. All the while, we are growing campers’ self esteem, problem solving skills and social confidence.
