Schools of Rock Evanston and Highwood offer remote and in-person lessons! | Chicago North Shore Moms

We have had enough of a struggle this past spring and into the summer and now into the fall with juggling… you know, our careers, with having our kids in Zoom-School for only a few hours a day.

Here’s a quick and easy resource for you – that will also look great on college applications in a few years–

Schools of Rock Evanston and Highwood are offering both remote and in-person lessons and bands, and their fall season starts in early September!!

Bands meet weekly, and there are both in-person and remote options for you, while one-on-one lessons will remain remote. The Schools are following all the guidelines and have made some really cool, innovative changes to their class structure, and facilities, to make sure everyone is safe.

Bands for the fall run through the end of January, so if you are ready to give your kiddo something to do in the afternoon once or twice a week, grab your free trial lesson this month so they’re ready to start the bands in September.

As it gets colder again, the kiddos are going to be stuck inside more and more. Why not give them the gift of a new skill? (And yourself another few hours of freedom??)

Visit your local school of rock (https://locations.schoolofrock.com/highwood) or (https://locations.schoolofrock.com/evanston) to sign up for that free trial!

A few awesome testimonials from our amazing School of Rock P’s:

(Stated during COVID 19 shut down) Your instructors are excited about working with kids and music. They genuinely seem happy to be there with our kids. I like the new upgraded electronic services. I like the flexibility as a parent on scheduling (and rescheduling) and the flexibility to work with our busy schedules. I like how they (managers) are cheeri when doing so! (I know it’s a pain and it’s hard!). Although we cannot participate in a lot of the activities, there is always an effort to keep things moving and interesting. Great job especially in these crazy circumstances. Thanks for the virtual learning. It’s never optimal but it works. – Norma A.

The instructors are awesome!! Even during Zoom private lessons, Drew was very focused on helping Julia and she loved meeting his cat 🙂 – Amanda W.

The staff is patient and knowledgeable. You work at your own pace. My son loves SOR! – Jessica H.
