Whether you’re a working mama or a mama that needs some spaaaace, we’ve compiled an excellent list of half-day and all-day programs for the wee ones (ages 3-12).



Harry Potter Day @ JCC Bernard Weinger in Northbrook

Apply now to enroll your child into JCC Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Make wands, brew potions, play Quidditch, and compete for the House Cup. We are taking the Hogwarts Express at Platform 9 ¾ (designated drop-off sites) to Bernard Weinger JCC for a day of activities. Mon, Jan 20 at 8am. Kids will need to bring a lunch, swimsuit, towel, and change of clothes. All other needed ingredients will be included once your day has begun. We await your presence. After care available.


MLK Day Off @ Codeverse, Wilmette

Ages 6-12. Codeverse offers day camps when school is not in session from 9am – 3pm with drop off at 8am and late pickup til 4pm. Extended hours through 5:15pm is an additional $30. During camp, kids build mobile games, command robots, 3D print and more at our interactive studios!
All Day-Off Camps run from 9AM-3PM.


Game On! Sports 4 Girls – Power4Girls MLK Day Off Event

Come for an hour, come all day, come any time in between – simply register for the hours your daughter can attend. This Power4Girls event will include a host of fun activities including a community service project, sports with Game On!, and creative rotations. All participants will also receive a swag bag full of goodies.


Parents Day Out @ Deer Creek Racquet Club

We are shrinking our legendary summer camp to fit inside of our Hi-Five Sports Zone Northbrook!! Our outgoing and experienced coaches will help give PreK-5th Grade boys and girls a taste of what it’s like to be at Hi-Five Sports Camp!!

Sports like Dodgeball, Gaga Ball, 3v3 Soccer, Flag Football, Field Basketball, and Wiffle Ball are just the beginning!! With this starting lineup plus a ton of other activities being offered each day, it will truly be an all sports extravaganza at Hi-Five!!

Join Go Humane Lake County as we continue to spread the message about ending the sale of commercially bred “puppy mill” dogs, cats and rabbits in retail stores, and promote rescue and adoption from local shelters and rescues.

In addition, we will offer tips on how to make humane choices when acquiring a pet; assist with finding local resources for spay/neuter, vaccinations and microchips; and how to help decrease the number of homeless pets in our communities.
