Esther offers a low impact class that averages 4000-4200 steps with varying degrees of intensity. Total Body Training Systems Methodology is used to maintain proper postural alignment and ensure muscular conditioning. PHA training Methodology to enhance cardiovascular conditioning is used throughout which helps with balance and coordination. Aerobic intensity is enhanced by using inline motion protocol. (moving from end to end of studio.) Stretching performed at end of session.
