Let us continue to support you after you go home virtually! If you are a new mom with a baby less than 1 year looking for support and a chance to network with other mothers, this free group is for you. We welcome all new mothers in the community regardless of where they delivered. Group discussion and educational topics provide tangible tools to help you transition into this new role and increase your confidence as a mother. Topics include: infant feeding, sleep patterns, changing family relationships and more. Mothers may attend with their babies. We encourage moms and babies to come back for each session. Registration required.
