FREE Prairie Fest @ Kent Fuller Air Station Prairie/Tyner Center

Visit the Kent Fuller Air Station Prairie/Tyner Center for Prairie Fest celebrating prairie life! The event is free and no need to register in advance. Discover why prairies are very special and unique while taking in the late summer colors. There will be family-friendly activities including making “seed bombs”, playing match-the-plant-to-its-name game and much more. Trail walks will be offered every hour with prairie experts and we will have giveaways for the kids. North Branch Restoration Project volunteers will educate attendees about the prairie ecosystems and why it’s very important to save them.
